Event: Newark Tech Week 2025
Session: The Scalable Business Blueprint: Visibility, Sales & AI-Powered Growth
Role: Workshop Creator, Host, & Lead Facilitator
Location: Newark, NJ
Partners: EqualSpace Sharespace & Incubator
Still riding the high from Newark Tech Week 2025.
When I first pitched The Scalable Business Blueprint: Visibility, Sales & AI-Powered Growth to EqualSpace Sharespace & Incubator, my goal was simple: to create something tangible.
As a business owner myself, I know what it feels like to juggle everything the marketing, the sales, the systems while still questioning whether what you’re building is truly sustainable. I wanted to design a workshop where entrepreneurs didn’t just feel inspired, but walked away with real strategies they could implement immediately.
And that’s exactly what we did.
With 75 entrepreneurs in the room, the energy was buzzing literally and figuratively as we broke down the three core pillars every scalable business needs.
The Three Pillars of the Scalable Business Blueprint
Pillar 1: Strategic Visibility & Branding
Understanding that you are the brand and your story is what allows people to buy into your vision. Visibility without clarity doesn’t convert strategy does.
Pillar 2: Scalable Sales Systems
Simplifying and automating your sales process so you can focus on growth, not just survival. Systems create freedom when built intentionally.
Pillar 3: AI-Powered Growth
Leveraging tools like ChatGPT and Canva Magic Studio to save time, streamline workflows, and amplify creativity without losing authenticity.
Collaboration That Elevated the Experience
What made this workshop especially meaningful was sharing the stage with two incredible women:
Juanita Dryer, who brought deep insight into connection-driven sales
Latisha Gaither, MBA, CPCC, who grounded the conversation with leadership and mindset expertise
Their brilliance, authenticity, and heart elevated the experience and reinforced the power of collaboration.
Why This Workshop Mattered
Creating and hosting an all-female, interactive workshop during Newark Tech Week wasn’t just about business strategy. It was about representation, collaboration, and demonstrating what’s possible when women lead conversations around innovation, technology, and growth.
The room was filled with entrepreneurs willing to ask real questions, share real challenges, and support one another in real time. Moments like that are the foundation of sustainable ecosystems.
Gratitude & What’s Next
Thank you to EqualSpace Sharespace & Incubator for the partnership and for continuing to create spaces where entrepreneurs can learn, build, and grow together.
And to everyone who showed up, participated, and leaned in the energy, laughter, and “aha” moments were a powerful reminder of why I started TH Concept Solutions: to help entrepreneurs turn ideas into impact through clarity, strategy, and intentional growth.
